# FAQ

**Do I need an API key for Claude?** No. Claude, Claude Desktop and Claude Code sign in with OAuth. Keys are for Cursor, scripts and bots.

**Can several people share one account?** Yes, create a key per person or app; usage is tracked per key and all draw from one balance.

**Do credits expire?** No.

**Is there a free trial?** No. Packs start at $29 for 1,500 calls.

**Why did a question cost 500 credits?** Composite tools call more than one endpoint (holders + flow stats, for example). Every response lists the endpoints used.

**Why is a trader's history incomplete?** The source returns a bounded window; see [Data coverage and limits](/guides/limits).

**Can I get a WebSocket?** Not yet. Live data is available as bounded samples and through scheduled polling of the coordinated-entry and sell-pressure tools.

**Can I use this from Python / Go / anything?** Yes, via the [REST API](/rest); the OpenAPI spec generates clients.

**How do I stop an app I connected?** Dashboard → Connected apps → Disconnect, or revoke the key.
