Terms of Service

StalkChain Data gives software agents and applications programmatic access to crypto market and social-trading information: trader identities and wallets, profit and loss figures, token holders and flow, written theses, and a live activity feed. Access is offered over the Model Context Protocol and over an HTTP API.

The information is aggregated from third-party sources and from public blockchains. We do not originate it, and we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or correct.

Nothing the service returns is investment, financial, legal or tax advice, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any asset. Trading digital assets carries a high risk of loss. Decisions you make using this data are yours alone, and you are responsible for their outcome.

You need an account to use paid features. Keep your API keys and sign-in credentials secret. Activity that happens through your keys is treated as yours, so revoke a key in your dashboard as soon as you think it has leaked.

You must be legally able to enter into a contract, and you must not use the service where doing so would break the law that applies to you.

Access is prepaid in credits. 250 credits is one normal lookup; composite tools make several calls and report what they spent in the response. Prices for each tool are published and can change, in which case the new price applies to calls made after the change.

Credits do not expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred between accounts or exchanged for money. Payments are processed by Stripe. Credits are added once Stripe confirms the payment.

Refunds. Unused credits can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if you have spent fewer than 10% of them, less any payment-processing fees. Credits already spent are not refundable. Write to support@stalkchain.com to ask. We may also refund at our discretion where the service failed.

You agree not to:

• resell, redistribute or publish bulk extracts of the underlying data as a competing data product;
• work around rate limits, credit metering or authentication, or share one account across separate businesses;
• use the service to break the law, to manipulate a market, or to harass or endanger anyone;
• attempt to de-anonymise, dox or target the individuals whose public trading activity appears in the data;
• probe, scan or disrupt the service or the infrastructure it runs on.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches this section, and we will refund unspent credits unless the breach was unlawful.

We aim to keep the service up, but we do not promise a service level. Tools, limits, prices and the data sources behind them can change, and individual tools may be withdrawn. Where a change materially reduces what you can do with credits you already bought, we will tell you and offer a refund of the unspent balance.

The service and the data are provided as is, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the extent the law allows, StalkChain is not liable for lost profits, lost trading opportunities, or any indirect or consequential loss. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the dashboard. We may end your access if you breach these terms, if we are required to by law, or if we discontinue the service, in which case unspent credits are refunded.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and material changes are announced by email to the address on your account. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept it.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and its courts have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
